The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to the Office of the Chaplain staff and Religious Life Professionals, supporting day-to-day activities.
Essential functions include processing incoming/outgoing materials, data entry, filing, mailings, agenda preparation, note-taking, tracking office supplies, and assisting with the Chaplain's Emergency Fund.
The role also involves providing Workday task and clerical support, assisting with staff onboarding, organizing events, scheduling travel, and supporting routine communications.
