As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and implement retention strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
You will leverage market research, performance metrics, and stakeholder partnerships to continuously optimize retention offers and customer experience.
