Job Summary

  • The Global OT Partner Enablement Lead is accountable for establishing and governing the strategic technical framework by which external partners deliver operational and capital OT services across GxP manufacturing and laboratory systems.
  • This role provides global governance for the technical aspects of supplier relationships, ensuring that master service agreements, quality plans, service agreements, maintenance agreements, partner KPIs, and platform lifecycle commitments are aligned to the enterprise OT strategy.
  • The role is responsible for defining and managing the shared services operating model for OT partners, including enterprise services management and the global T1 project contracting templates used across all platforms.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years' work experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in execution systems, operational technology, IT and operations
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or local equivalent
  • Experience writing, executing, and monitoring automation contract deliverables
  • Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations
