Job Summary
This role will be performed during nights and/or weekend hours, providing leadership support to service engineering staff and troubleshooting equipment-related escalated issues.
Essential duties include overseeing service engineers, ensuring day-to-day activities meet laboratory equipment needs, and performing approximately 10% of their time on lab service maintenance and repairs.

$91,000.00 - $155,000.00; Bonus eligible; Paid time off, retirement savings plan, wellness support, and health benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in service engineering
3+ years of experience supporting service program administration
2+ years of experience leading teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
