Job Summary
The Product Owner – One Ops AI Foundations will lead the design and delivery of the bank’s standardised AI agent ecosystem, defining how AI agents are built, deployed, and governed across COO Operations.
You will own the product vision and roadmap, focused on creating consistent patterns, infrastructure, and guardrails for AI agents.
You will drive initiatives that enable scalable, AI-powered operations by improving reusability, accelerating agent development, and ensuring strong governance and control.
