Job Summary

  • The Mass Tort Litigation Associate will handle a range of litigation responsibilities, including drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing clients and witnesses, coordinating expert and records development, and supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation as needed.
  • Develop and execute litigation strategy for assigned mass tort matters in coordination with lead/case management counsel, including analysis of case themes, defenses, and case valuation considerations.
