  • ASHRAE, CSA, LEED commissioning requirements
  • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment/systems
  • Design, pre-construction, construction, post-construction
  • Develop Commissioning Plans and Specifications
  • Conduct field-based commissioning activities
  • Test mechanical and HVAC&R systems
  • Use calibrated testing equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Strong data management skills
  • Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Coordinate and organize multiple project schedules
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Key Requirements

  • Recognized university technical degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with mechanical testing meters and equipment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites across the USA
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
