Job Summary
This individual will lead an operational team to support Consular Affairs' IT efforts through the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of databases.
The Database Operations Lead will be responsible for the overall execution and success of Database Operations as well as providing leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day oversight for all team personnel.
Ensure database operations are executed in accordance with approved processes, performance standards, and the broader security/compliance framework that governs the DREAM environment.

Key Requirements
Active Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field
10+ years leading programs of similar scope
10+ years hands-on technical experience in Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, Java, engineered systems, cloud, data integration, automated testing, or DevSecOps
6+ years supervising technical teams of four or more
Experience supporting CCD or similar large, high-availability database environments
Demonstrated Tier III database operations experience
Demonstrated enterprise database operations experience in Oracle and SQL
