Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vitals and assisting with personal care.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding patient privacy, reporting all accidents or incidents, and maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere for residents.
