Key Requirements

  • Graduate from approved Practical Nurse Diploma Program
  • Licensed or eligible with Nova Scotia College of Nursing
  • Successful completion of pharmacology and health assessment courses
  • Recent clinical experience including medication administration
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Recent pediatric care experience preferred
  • IV Medication Administration experience preferred
