The Maintenance I/E Technician is responsible for calibrating, installing, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting complex electrical and instrumentation equipment in the plant.
The role requires adherence to safety programs, proper documentation, and collaboration with maintenance supervisors and engineers to improve equipment reliability.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical and instrumentation maintenance
Calibration of plant monitoring devices
Use of CMMS Maximo system
Knowledge of 3-phase 480-volt power circuits
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance
Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment
Reading electrical schematics and blueprints
Nice-to-have
Problem solving skills
Interpersonal savvy
Learning on the fly
Experience with PLC systems
Familiarity with National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E
Experience with cGMP compliance
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED
1-3 years I/E experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Associate or Technical degree preferred
Experience with CMMS such as Maximo or MP2
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
