Job Summary

  • Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record; and checking of IV products.
  • Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist interventions).
  • You bring more than skill, knowledge, and expertise to your role as an allied health professional.
