The role is created to assist the team on site with hard services required by the client at JLL.
Employees are expected to represent the hard services team, ensure efficient specialist vendor service visits, and complete PPM tasks adhering to statutory regulations.
Benefits include overtime pay rates of x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends, plus 24 days of holiday pro-rated into shifts.

Must-have
5 years relevant experience in Facilities Environments
PPM tasks and compliance guidelines adherence
Utilizing Corrigo platform for reporting
Health and Safety compliance activities participation
CAFM Work Orders completion within SLA
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication skills with all staff levels
Proactive approach to highest standard of operation
Ability to work under pressure calmly
Good IT and report writing skills
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Environments
Electrical/Mechanical HVAC Engineering apprenticeship or similar C&G Pts 1 & 2
F-Gas equivalent or exceeds certification
18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation C&G 2391 test and inspection
BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing and certification
