Revelyst is seeking a Client Services Analyst to provide on-site IT support and project assistance in Olathe, KS. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background with experience in client service and end-user support, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary

  • Work as the primary point of contact on site for all IT issues and support local technology needs for end-user community for Business Units both onsite and remote.
  • Provide IT project support for new business initiatives including contributing to the vision and future of the brand.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot audio/video systems, and provide computer/telephone orientation to new Site Support Services staff members.

Key Requirements

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Available for 40 hour on-site work week with on-call availability
  • Experience working in a large corporation with multiple locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
