Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff, and coordinate the infection control surveillance program.
Provide direct resident/patient care, supervise staff, and participate in facility surveys as requested.

Key Requirements
