Must-have

  • Extensive professional Java development experience
  • Deep expertise in Core Java and multithreading JDK 11+
  • Experience architecting distributed high-performance systems
  • Hands-on experience with SQL NoSQL databases
  • Experience with message queuing systems Kafka Tibco Solace
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams
  • Strong production support experience including L3 support

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in financial services trading systems or risk management
  • Knowledge of FX markets and risk calculation methodologies
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration Docker Kubernetes
  • Experience building CI CD pipelines and implementing DevOps practices
  • Microservices architecture experience at scale

Key Requirements

  • Technical leadership role experience such as Tech Lead or Team Lead
