Define and manage scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and taking an active role in system changes, enhancements, and projects.
