Salary
Base: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses and discretionary bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Top Secret security clearance
Industrial security program management
Compliance with federal security regulations
Security education and awareness
Experience with NISPOM and ICD 705
Onsite work requirement
Ability to travel 10% of time
Nice-to-have
Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) experience
Experience with DISS, SIMS, and Lenel
FSO Certification or ISP Certification
Intellectual curiosity and cognitive diversity
Collaborative team environment
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience or Master’s degree
Active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret clearance
Experience with classified industrial security programs
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Willingness to travel as required
4+ years experience may substitute degree
