Must-have

  • Active Top Secret clearance required day one
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • Thorough knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM
  • Experience with DISS and NISS systems
  • Knowledge of DD Form 254 prime and subcontractor processes
  • Ability to conduct administrative inquiries on security infractions

Nice-to-have

  • Experience writing Program Security Plans like SOP and TCP
  • Familiarity with Access Commander Security database
  • Completion of CDSE General and Industrial Security Courses
  • Completion of FSO Program Management curriculum on STEPP
  • Self-driven result-oriented work style across multiple tasks

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree
  • Current Secret clearance required to obtain Top Secret within six months
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with transferable clearance
  • Working knowledge of COMSEC Manual 3-16 and ISLs
