Monitor cooking oven output
Ensure daily planning is followed
Monitor product condition in chiller & freezer
Ensure finished products prepared according to PO
Ensure correct quantity and quality product
Ensure all chillers and freezers are clean
Record room temperature according to schedule
Ensure finished product is labeled correctly
Ensure all High Risk area clean and tidy
Arrange cartoning product on pallet
Ensure all machineries are safe
Ensure all safety rules followed
Monitor CCP & OPRP established
Perform on-job training to subordinates
Ensure subordinates wear uniform

Key Requirements
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/ Certificate / Certificate in Food Science or equivalents
