Job Summary

  • This person will partner across Legal, Data Governance (DUGC), AI Governance Team (AIGT), New Product Risk Committee, Sales, Finance and Delivery to move contracts and data use cases efficiently through evaluation, approval, negotiation, and execution.
  • The Vice President, Contract Negotiation & Data Governance will lead contract lifecycle activities, including conversion, repapering, template finalization, post-acquisition audits, and timely resolution of contract redlines for large contracts.
  • Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of contract management and data governance initiatives.
