Job Summary
The BMS Lead is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated digital building platforms across the portfolio.
Lead the digital transformation of building systems, migrating from legacy infrastructure to smart building operations, and contribute to the digital buildings program for the portfolio.
Manage all aspects of building ICT networks, infrastructure partners, and digital interfaces, and assist in the development of digital standards and manage ICT policy.
