Job Summary
Implement Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to planning, developing and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential.
Track sales performance as it relates to training program effectiveness and contribute to the development and/or selection of training materials.
Collaborate with team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching.
