Must-have

  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Reading electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
  • Use of SAP for maintenance tasks
  • Shift work including 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000

Key Requirements

  • 3–5+ years maintenance experience in industrial or military settings
  • Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate in Mechatronics or related field preferred
  • Successful completion of pre-employment skills assessments
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Willingness to work alternate shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays
