Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent observation of residents to prevent pressure ulcers, report injuries immediately, and assist with end-of-life care as instructed.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for notes and incident reports
