** Turner & Townsend is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager for a remote location in Tabuk, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in HSE or engineering, have at least 10 years of experience in HSE projects, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. **

Job Summary

  • Manage the development and implementation of Project HSE Management System including the HSE action monitoring system and incident reporting procedure, in compliance with internal management system and any Client specified requirements.
  • Ensure all contractors and vendors on site have a requisite level of compliant safety training resulting in them having a high degree of hazard awareness.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualifications in HSE, civil engineering, electrical / mechanical engineering or similar function
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with HSE projects
  • Experience and knowledge of all of the main HSE project management concepts, tools and techniques
  • Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works
  • Competent level with Microsoft Office (incl MS-Project Management)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
  • Proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems
