Key Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist by Arkansas State Board or eligible
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
2 years of physical therapy experience preferred
OCS, CSCS, DN Certified preferred
Intermediate computer skills
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
