Participate to the Monthly reporting process (actual, forecast): consolidate inputs from our divisions, ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR reporting, participate in HR meetings to review employee data.
Contribute to the budget process and strategic plan through analyzing headcount and cost evolution of our divisions to support the implementation of our global strategy.
