Job Summary
Lead the Operational Regulated Governance function, setting robust governance frameworks, business processes and performance management across operations.
Own Consumer Duty outcomes end-to-end, including product reviews, fair value assessments, communications testing and board reporting.
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer (SMF24), you will be responsible for driving high standards of assurance, reporting and MI and delivering accurate, trusted regulatory outcomes.
