Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while ensuring a calm and positive environment throughout the night shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
