Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
  • Experience in turnkey, construction, EPC, or project-based environments
  • Proven experience with complex sales cycles and multidisciplinary tender processes
  • Residing in the East or West Flanders region
  • Excellent Dutch and good English proficiency
