Job Summary

  • Support customer interaction analysis activities (calls, emails, PEC) using speech and text analytics tools to classify complaints, identify contact causes, and produce summary reports for process and customer experience improvement.
  • The intern will assist the team in analyzing call recordings and transcripts via the Verint platform, classifying contact/complaint reasons, and identifying recurring patterns and root causes.
