Energy Star Portfolio Manager proficiency
ASHRAE Level 1 2 and 3 energy audits
Building Performance Standards compliance
HVAC and BAS system evaluation
Valid driver's license required

Key Requirements
3-5 years experience in Energy Audits or Retro-Commissioning
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Sciences, or Architecture

Proficiency with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM)
Knowledge of North American building performance regulations
