Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years manufacturing production environment experience
  • Strong knowledge of PFMEA and PPAP requirements
  • Experience with BOM management and Oracle routing setup
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with CNC technicians

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with automation and new manufacturing technologies
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Machining experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with manufacturing quality systems
  • Project management skills for 5-10 simultaneous projects

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
