Job Summary

  • Monitors and utilizes security systems for situational awareness, threat management, and investigative purposes, responding to emergencies such as fires, emergencies, or criminal activity.
  • Receives emergency and non-emergency calls, evaluates incoming information, prioritizes calls, and dispatches Public Safety personnel and/or others.

  • Read, understand, and speak English clearly
