Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for identifying opportunities where new technologies can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create competitive advantages by collaborating closely with various business units.
  • Lead the design of SF solutions, drive the project, incorporate AI frameworks including Agentforce / OpenAI SDK / Agentic AI, as applicable, and develop automations to improve SLAs and reduce tedious / manual activities, thus increasing end-user productivity.
