Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Disassemble complex wheel and brake units
Perform industrial cleaning and grit blasting
Execute repairs per Component Maintenance Manuals
Conduct functional and pressure testing
Maintain FAA Part 145 documentation standards
Nice-to-have
High degree of precision and manual dexterity
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
Experience with carbon and steel brake assemblies
Proficiency with hydraulic presses and torque wrenches
Key Requirements
1+ years experience in aircraft component repair or overhaul
Specific experience with wheels and brakes
Understanding of FAA Part 145 regulations
U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
