Job Summary

  • This role is critical to delivering the firm’s 2026+ BPM strategy, including enterprise-wide process recertification, centralization of SOPs and supporting procedures, and stronger integration of risk, controls, and regulatory governance into business-as-usual operations.
  • The AVP will play a hands-on leadership role in driving the next phase of BPM maturity across Global Delivery, acting as a custodian of process integrity, ensuring process maps and procedures are trusted management tools.
  • This role underpins the Global Delivery 2026+ strategy by ensuring process and procedure documentation is standardized, auditable, and embedded into daily execution, risk management, and regulatory response.
