As a CL8 Delivery Excellence Associate Manager, you will be responsible for embedding and sustaining operational rigor across client delivery engagements.
Key Responsibilities include leading the implementation and monitoring of five foundational DE practices across delivery teams, establishing robust governance mechanisms, and acting as a key enabler of delivery transformation.
Drive the adoption of SynOps tools and assets across delivery teams to standardize and industrialize operations and support the profiling and upskilling of frontline team leads on DE practices.
