As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will advise and support managers and employees in central areas of the group on all HR-relevant issues throughout the employee life cycle.
You will be responsible for ensuring cross-border standards of HR processes in international matrix structures and will take on an active consulting and coordination role in organizational changes in coordination with the relevant local HR units.
