Must-have

  • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
  • EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM) background
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required
  • Sentinel special access clearance (PAR)
  • Requirements management using DOORS
  • Architecture development in CAMEO
  • JIRA task management tool proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Ground systems command and control architecture
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Experience with Northrop Grumman processes
  • Complex large program development experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years experience or Master's with 4 years
  • US Citizenship required
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with reinvestigation within last 6 years
  • Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR)
