Leading direct reports and global teams
Ability to travel up to 50% of time

Experience as a practicing doctor transferred to industry
PhD with MSL organization background
Strong negotiation and strategic influencing skills
Success in highly matrixed global environment
Mentoring and coaching capabilities
Key Requirements
MD or MD/PhD in Immunology or Biochemistry
Pathology or Haematology experience preferred
Director level industry experience strongly preferred
