Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for activities within the DC including safety, performance, and costs while working closely with on-site leadership and support functions to deliver cost and service KPIs.
This position supervises the A Shift onsite at the Apex, NC facility Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm EST and drives continuous improvement and process flow enhancements within the warehouse.
The role includes leading and developing direct reports and others throughout the facility to ensure bench depth and a pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
