Job Summary

• The Account Executive will support and develop Multi Brand Retail sales through education and motivation of store sales staff, responsible for executing CHANEL business objectives, promotional programming, upholding brand image, and talent development at the store level.
• The role involves recruiting and developing Counter teams, providing onboarding training, coaching on service ritual and application techniques, and ensuring brand image and merchandising guidelines are upheld.
