Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Scalable data pipeline development
Python and Scala programming proficiency
Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Cloud infrastructure expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
Nice-to-have
Rust, Go, Java, or Julia programming skills
Experience with autonomous AI agent systems
Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning data requirements
Familiarity with RAG systems and semantic caching
Mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering
5+ years of professional data engineering experience
At least 2 years focused on ML/AI data infrastructure
