The Nursing Director holds 24-hour accountability for the quality of patient care, efficiency of operations, and human resources management for the of the area(s) assigned.
The Nursing Director is accountable for achieving national and organizational benchmarks, adhering to state, federal, and accrediting body regulations, and advancing the mission, vision and objectives of the organization.
Position includes both new and existing programmatic expansion efforts with a special focus on supporting the University Health Plan.

Key Requirements
