  • The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and supporting all Human Resources functions for refinery personnel, while ensuring that management and supervision remain aligned with the Company’s short and long-term strategic goals.
  • This role oversees the implementation and administration of both Corporate and local HR policies, procedures, and benefit programs at the refinery.
