Job Summary

The primary purpose of Customer Compliance Services is to provide fair and impartial administrative hearings and records integrity on behalf of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles in accordance with Chapter 20 of the North Carolina General Statutes and all applicable policies and procedures.
This position serves as a liaison between DMV and AOC and responds to inquiries from Clerks of Court, judges, and transportation agencies regarding legal issues affecting driving records.
