Job Summary

  • This role leads three Director-led organizations including Retailer Delivery, Enterprise Architecture & Engineering, and Retailer Success to own the full retailer experience from implementation through growth.
  • The position requires a leader capable of managing a combined post-sale P&L exceeding $200M ARR while driving key outcomes like net revenue retention and expansion GTV.
