  • Provide technical support for users of Citi’s Wholesale Credit Risk management platform, driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.
  • Lead regional Production Management operations, partnering with other teams for stable Production Support coverage and managing applications and their operating environments.
  • Champion stability initiatives for high availability, including better monitoring, failover, and resiliency, and lead the technical evaluation and integration of new Gen AI capabilities into production support.
